A Farmer’s Work Ethic

Growing up on a family farm near Elk Creek, NE, I am no stranger to hard work. Nothing has ever been handed to me; I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves, get my hands dirty, and do the work.

Spirit of Service

Instead of going the traditional route after high school, I enlisted in the Marine Corps and served five years. With a job specialty in ground electronics maintenance, I went through a rigorous technical school, developing skills in troubleshooting and leading large teams.

Some of the highlights of my career include serving as a platoon sergeant and our battalion Color Sergeant.

Strong Family Values

Born and raised near Elk Creek, NE, I left when I joined the Marine Corps. Moving back to Nebraska, I knew I was home to stay. This is where I have decided to plant my flag and build a life with my family.

Married to my wife, Kelsey, since 2022, we have a 2-year-old daughter named Hallie and a 3-month-old daughter named Alena. I’m committed to raising my kids near friends and family, and showing my girls what hard work looks like.
